In case of a customer requesting to cancel their order contract, the buyer holds the right to receive financial reimbursement for the cancelled order or replace the cancelled item with a different one.
If you have tried on the item you ordered upon delivery and realized the size doesn’t fit you, please contact us on +381 64 304 304 8 or send us an e-mail to the following address: info@lolam.com. The necessary information our team will request from you at this stage is your order ID as well as the item code and the size that would fit you.
Furthermore, if you have realized that you would like to replace this item by a different one of the same or higher price range, please contact us on +381 64 304 304 8 or send us an e-mail to the following address: info@lolam.com. The necessary information our team will request from you at this stage is your order ID as well as the reason for returning your order and requesting to replace the delivered item with a new one.
Following up to the above explained procedure, our team will proceed to send you the detailed instructions to follow so that you can replace your item for the one of your preference.
We don’t accept returns/exchanges if the item initially ordered has already been worn. This being said, it is mandatory that you return the item as new and undamaged as it has been delivered, in its original packaging.
After sending a request to replace/return the item, the item should be packed and sent via courier service along with the payment confirmation/receipt received aftern you have ordered the item online. As soon as our team receives the item you have returned and inspects the item’s condition, we will proceed to send you the item you have requested in return. You can deliver the item in person but only with the payment confirmation/receipt and the Request for Return/Exchange form. The full address for exchanging/returning the articles in person is Trg Nikole Pašića 8, 3rd floor, Belgrade 8.00 AM until 4.00 PM on business days (Mon-Fri).

Deadline for returns/exhanges
The deadline for exchange of the items is up to 14 business days after the customer has submitted the request and upon the item has been delivered to our offices.
Delivery Expenses
The cost of delivery is covered by the customer, unless the buyer receives damaged or wrong items. If the customer has made an error while purchasing the item, they cover the delivery expenses of the courier service when sending the item back.
